“There is much talk of the leadership role as a promoter of internal synergy and collaboration of everyone in a company

In the organizational environment, leadership is considered a key aspect for the conduct of a business and to the performance of an activity. Good leaders can encourage their teams so they seek the best personal and organizational outcomes, have the task of organizing processes that benefit everyone and should be alert to the climate of the company.

Currently, there is much talk of the leadership role as a promoter of internal synergy, since the performance of an organization and, consequently, the employees depends on the engagement of all towards a single goal.

But for that leadership can effectively influence their employees, how important is the availability of information and knowledge to an employee at the time he needs and how leadership can foster this process? The leader must lead by example and ensure that the information, knowledge and learning necessary for the performance of a function and decision making to be transmitted in the best way, making sure that the communication process is effective.

Every employee has information, knowledge and learning experiences that add value to the management of the company. To the extent that promote practices that encourage communication between leadership and employees, and those among themselves, the process flows better, creating an agile, efficient company, reducing errors and the need for rework, results from lack of information. This attitude also fosters a sense of belonging and purpose in the developer, ultimately leading to better. Leadership must keep in mind that not everything you read is meant. Not everything that is spoken is heard, not everything that is heard is heard, not everything that is heard and understood is understood that not everything is practiced. The effectiveness of communication has to be seen from the point of view of the receiver, you have to understand and validate that information to ensure that the message is indeed interpreted, understood and disseminated, if applicable.

Meet some aspects that help with each employee within an organization has the information and knowledge to perform their function well:

-Communicate knowledge, results, goals, praise, criticism and learning in the most assertive manner; celebrate achievements and areas and prevent the company from becoming silos of information, creating a hostile competitiveness, which ends up preventing everyone to develop;

-Attention is drawn to the form of communication that can happen from the top down, bottom up, and sideways, and peer areas. Ensure that all parties who may be affected or benefited by receiving the information so that they can perform their activities with autonomy and grounded in data and facts;

-Make sure that there is trust between the parties. Establish a cooperative environment that requires continuous attention on small shares of each, promoting transparency and maturity of the relationship. The good example is still the best way to establish trust and to be inspirational leadership;

-Listen opinions, suggestions or criticisms, which should be assessed, treated. It is important to give back to the contributions received, as well as the issues surrounding climate and the company carrying out the activities and processes;

-Promote an environment in which people feel able to express themselves freely, where their contributions are treated with due respect;

-Ensure the ability to interpret the information received by all are communicated so that these can clearly understand them. Addition of technical-operational nature, it is also important to share information with all parties related to the desired behaviors and attitudes;

-Ensure that all feel co-responsible for carrying out the common objectives and goals;

-Make use of multiple channels to interact and provide information to employees, considering that people have different learning styles, exploring both visual and auditory features.
