Control and Management is the fourth phase of the project and is responsible for monitoring implementation of the project to avoid crashes and everything goes differently than planned. This phase is very important communication between the manager and all members of the project, showing the performance and through reports show the activities done and what needs to be done. The control and management occur at all stages of the project with more emphasis on execution and closing.
And finally, the completion of the project at this stage there is the closure of all internal and external administrative activities, recording the results achieved, as well as analyzing all the positive and negative of the project, to take into account the knowledge and learning for the future use in other projects.
