What is the vision of your company?
In many conversations with entrepreneurs see them clearly a difficulty knowing where to go and where they want to go with your company
In most conversations, I note that this nice phrase that the wall could not have been discovered, but produced, and this has no effect on the organization.
This “simple” sentence, in addition to preventing the accelerated growth of your company, it can cause lack of commitment of the team, because they have no long-term focus and clearly defined.
Vision is an inspiring words chosen by successful entrepreneurs in a clear and concise manner to convey the direction of the organization. To develop a clear vision statement, you can powerfully communicate your intentions and motivate your team or organization to accomplish a common, compelling and inspiring vision of the future for everyone.
The vision also defines the purpose of the organization, but this time they do it in terms of the values of the organization, rather than measures of the baseline values are guiding the organization about how things should be done.
The vision statement communicates both the purpose and the values of the organization. For employees, it gives direction on how they should behave and inspires them to give their best. Shared with customers, it shapes customers’ understanding of why they should work with the organization.
Remember: “Mission” and “Vision” are two different jobs.
